To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winbest's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

All content on the winbest Platform — including but not limited to the winbest brand, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and any other proprietary material — is the intellectual property of winbest or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) is the primary regulatory authority with jurisdiction over winbest's operations.
In the event of a dispute, you should first contact winbest support in writing via live chat or email. winbest will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days. The parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before commencing formal proceedings.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS notification to their registered mobile number and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform's login page no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory direction.
